Warranty and Returns
We will gladly accept, unconditionally, returns within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund, please return products in new/unused condition. Although we do not require a reason for the return, any information would be helpful as our products are continually evolving, and improving. A restocking fee might be charged in certain instances if the item is not found to be faulty or defective, as we are custom fabricating the items for our customers as they are ordered.
*ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) NUMBER IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED. BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT, ONE MUST BE OBTAINED FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.*
NOTICE - Please ensure to double check your order before payment. Please know the specifics of your order (color, right or left handed, and/or any options that are available for your product). Please make sure that you have selected these items carefully as we are custom fabricating a product for you. If you do make a mistake involving such a thing, there might be a restocking fee, and an additional wait time. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact us any time in order to avoid any confusion. We are always here, and want you to be 100% satisfied with your CKC product.
WARRANTY - If your product becomes damaged or unusable for any reason at any time (except negligence), we will perform the necessary repairs and/or replacement at no cost to you. Under normal circumstances, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to us, and we will be responsible for shipping charges back to you. In the rare and unlikely event that you have received a product that is incorrect, or defective out of the box, we will cover all costs necessary to replace the item/s in question.
SERVICE and MAINTENANCE - A custom product that we manufacture for you is an important investment. We design our products to withstand hard use. Actually, we encourage it! In the event, that through this use, your product requires service (tune-up, blemish reduction/removal, tightening or replacement of eyelets, replacement of belt loops or fasteners, reset retention, complete cleaning and inspection for damage), there will be a small fee of 10-20$. The sole purpose of this fee is to cover costs incurred from use of materials, and return shipping to the customer. We are also happy to perform this service on other products that you may own, that weren't purchased from us. Simply contact a customer service representative for more information via e-mail for specifics.
These adjustment, warranty, and Service and Maintenance policies follow the product for its lifetime and IS NOT LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER. Our products are warrantied for life. PERIOD.
