This is my first order with clevelandkydex. I called on the phone first to make sure I could reach a human being. The person who answered was very helpful and professional. I ordered a KYDEX sheath for my SOG Navy Seal Team Elite knife. It fit perfectly and the workmanship was of the highest quality. The knife slides in with no issues and "clicks" into place. Removal is quick with no hindrances.
